[Introduceyourself] Introducing stuf

Hello individuals of the steemit community,

My name is Stefan, and this is me in a nutshell:

Studied philosophy at Utrecht University
From Neede, Gelderland, Netherlands
Hobbies are reading books, listening music, riding trains, smoking cigarettes
Work as a functional application manager at an online marketplace/retailer

I arrived here as a crypto-enthousiast, finding the steemit community through Crypt0's youtube channel.
I believe crypto-currencies and blockchain tech will completely disrupt society as we know it; the question is not if, but when. And I cannot wait to see it happen!
Therein my interests are mainly societal: securing rewards to authorship for artists, granting accessibility to a global economy to previously excluded economic classes and allocating value rewards to moral propositions and incentives.
There is no better time to be alive!

I grew up in a small town in the east of Holland and live in Utrecht now for around 10 years. I am calm (not always:)), but socially assertive and have a playful character. My most important values are respect, honesty and integrity.

As a student of philosophy I am very interested in what and how people think, and why they do so. Books can only get you so far, real learning comes from meaningful interaction with all kinds of people. I want to learn what it means to be human, in order for me to become one wholly.

My main interests are music, philosophy, (blockchain) technology, reading and writing, but I also play guitar and I love to draw (though I feel like I should do that more often) and to kill the boredom i watch a lot of movies and (quality) series. Also I play table soccer (kicker) and I run.

I would like to use steemit as a vent for social commentary and general enthusiasm and to read into other's ramblings reciprocally.
