Hello Zeenia and Welcome!
hope you feel like at home here!
there is many interesting people to meet all over the platform!
I am not very talented.. and i am a bit rusty, but i do like graphic / web design, illustrations, etc :)
Your drawing / portait here is very nice!
good job :)

keep your Owner / Master password safe and secure, make more than one copy and store it in a safe place :D.

Use the posting key to log in all the services that are integrated into the blockchain and that you now can use with your steemit account! ( steemit, d.tube, steepshot, utopian.io, busy.org and many more! ) You can also claim your rewards, etc using the posting key.

The Active key is just used to buy steem or make market transfers! sites like steemit will tell you if you try to log with the active password that is not secure to use it to log in! :)

Browse and comment on other peoples posts.. make friends and get followers, start may be not easy if you do not have people to see your posts! keep reading about all you can do!, feel free! inspire others!, time here will be your best friend :)

there are bots you can use to promote your posts! read about them. I am new here as well and i still have to read a lot!

Is nice to have you here!

And please be aware with scam / phishing links / sites!

Since steemit is open source there are fake websites that run the same UI as steemit, beware with external links and check where the URL go!, ( i almost fall once to a scam site called "steemiit(dot)tk" , an account that got hijacked started posting fake links! )

There are contests and all type of stuff that you can participate or maybe you can create!

Happy steeaming!

Pd: Been looking for that 50:100:200:25 starter tips post for a while ( the one that @steemladder posted.) worth the read :)

You seem talented! hope to see more of you soon :)

Hey, please avoid using real links when referring to or warning of scam sites! See point #1 in my post here for why.

well. i did not provide any real links. please check my flagged comment

  1. How to Properly Warn Others of Phishing Links
While it is great that users are warning others of phishing links, including the phishing link itself in the warning can actually lead to accidentally spreading the infection! It is important to be careful. Try to make sure when commenting/warning about a phishing link, to avoid using the url itself. This includes links you think may not be clickable (such as removing the www, or http://), as some browsers / extensions can make them clickable anyway.
Furthermore, it is not possible to programically determine if a user is warning of a phishing link, or actively trying to phish, if both cases use the phishing link itself. To this end, please, when warning others, try to use something un-clickable like badwebsite(dot)com.

well i was doing just that..
edit: so is because i placed .tk? instead of (dot).tk ? :S
....

Yes, avoid a real link.

Edited the comment and added (dot) instead of .
Can you please now remove the flags from my comment? Thank you.
