Welcome to Steemit. I used to work in a medical records department of a busy London hospital many years ago. I expect things have really changed now with modern technology. Our library was just shelves and shelves of files and I spent most of my time searching the hospital for the missing or incomplete ones. Meanwhile the doctor would be getting really angry while he impatiently waits for them to arrive on his desk. It was quite stressful. LOL

Wow! That must have been very stressful! Everything is pretty much digitized now, everything is electronic, even the documentation. What I find is very interesting though, is even with the advances in technology, faxing is still a main mode of sending/receiving documents in the medical field!
