The Diary Game: Announcing Team237 from Cameroon

Green greetings Steemians,
Today, we unveil our group for #TheDiaryGame Season 2. Our group is known as Team237 and the principal goal of our group is to promote Steemit and support Cameroonian Steemians.
We call it Team237 because 237 is the country code for Cameroon and Cameroonians at home and abroad easily identify with this code.
The members of our group include;

@saxopedia

@thegreens is Team237 Patron and will use her 8000SP account to upvote @Team237 posts as well as resteem all her posts to give the team absolute exposure during these days of steem.
With respect to the Steemit 3 Rs, we have put in place the following plan of action;

1. Steemit Sensitization Program:

We plan to raise awareness about Steemit to over one million Cameroonians using diverse tools. To realize this goal we will;

• Design 8 Steemit flyers for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc which we all will upload on our cover photos as well as share as posts.
• Desing and print Steemit T-Shirts which will be given to active Cameroonian Steemians and members of our team
• Design and print Steemit stickers, flyers and 01 Billboard.
• Produce 03 Steemit Radio adverts for radio broadcasts.
• Produce 08 Steemit video adverts for social media broadcasting

2. Recruitment

Each team member has been tasked with the recruitment of at least 25 Steemians during Season 2 of #TheDiaryGame with our general goal being to recruit at least 125 Steemians during season 2 of #TheDiaryGame.

3. Retention

We will keep our Steemians active on Steemit by;

• Adding them to the Cameroon Steemians WhatsApp Forum where we disseminate Steemit opportunities
• Upvoting, resteeming and curating the Steem content of all Cameroon Steemians
• Delegating Steem Power to the Cameroon Steemians account after the first two weeks of #TheDiaryGame and subsequently so that it can be used to upvote Cameroonian content. SP Delegation is to be done by team members.
• Use all post payouts to power up the account.
• Organizing weekly contests with prizes for newbies for Cameroonian steemians
• Incorporating our newbies into Steemit Njangi. We will be launching the pioneer edition of Steemit Njangi on Sunday 9th August 2020. New members are welcomed to be a part of the njangi and can subscribe to becoming a member of njangi by leaving a comment on any Steemit Njangi post. • Organize weekly and monthly meetings

4. Rewards

We will reward our steemians by;

• curating, resteeming, and upvoting Cameroon Steemians content thereby giving them juicy upvotes and maximum exposure on the Steem blockchain.
• Giving out prizes to the most active Steemians
• Supporting them to grow via Steemit Njangi.

This is just our tentative plan of action and it’s open to more ideas as we steem on.
