Helloooooo there good people of the Steem. This is my first Steem Post!

Please allow me to introduce myself
I'm a (wo)man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul to waste....(well, not really, ha-ha!)

Excuse the wee quote there, couldn't resist it! Right down to proper business -

I am Teri Sherman.
Artist, wife, mother of three, pet sitter, neglectful housewife, fair weather gardener.....

I have finally, (after much procrastination) joined you guys here in the world of Steem. I hope to post about my art, with Works in Progress, coloured pieces, maybe even some hints and tips. Not that I am an expert by any means.

I am a creative. For as long as I can remember I have doodled and scratched at art. Tried most mediums and given up on them too. I finally settled with pencils and pens. Taking the easy cop out, lol.

I trained at college as a Graphic Designer, worked on magazines and newspapers, in a copy shop, managed pubs and restaurants. I left it all behind to have a family.

We moved to the north east of Scotland in 2001. Love it! Love the scenery, and all the wildlife. This is a huge source of inspiration to me, and long may it remain so!

I started selling my art in 2009 to earn some pocket money while the kiddos were growing up. Didn't have a job at the time. Hubby and I decided I should bring the kids up instead of paying a childminder to do it for us.

I branched into making illustrations for 'Grown-up' colouring books quite recently, publishing my first book last year. I now have a small portfolio available on amazon, many of which are collections from my 'Delicious Doodles' business.
