My name is James Aschehoug, I am an entrepreneur and the co-founder of a start-up call Uriji Jami, where people can post their dreams and stories. What drives me every day is to help people reach their full potential.
I believe if you give people the right tool, then everyone, whatever their background, will have the opportunity to achieve their real potential. We need people to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us in pursuit of the same goal. When you compete against everyone else, no one wants to help you. But when you compete against yourself to become a better version of yourself, everyone is willing to help you.
If we all inspire others to do the same, then, together, we can change the world. So hopefully reading this post will give hope to others who want to take this big leap into following their dreams.
