I originally came to steemit because I want to use DTube (as I recently started up on youtube). Yesterday I wrote my first blog post and I Reeeeeeaaaally enjoyed it. I always enjoyed creative writing in college. I am by no means a professional, but who’s to say I can’t captivate an audience with my words if I never try? Therefore I am now more excited about the steemit platform itself and have a few blog posts in mind. heyy @tikoyamonique - it's a pleasure to meet you as well! Thanks for reading. I joined yesterday as well, a friend of mine told me about the site, so, I said why not, another platform to get my story out there. I write about contemporary romance, drama (YA), and trying to move into thrillers/horrors. Trust me I am also no professional, I know I still have a lot of improvement to come, I never did a creative class in my life! LOL Before I decided to pursue writing full-time, it was just therapeutic - it was my light when I was in a very dark place. I love storytelling and I'll definitely check out your posts!!! :)
