Hey! I haven't heard of her, but will definitely check on! Thanks for sharing! Are you into fasting too?

Yeah, I've been experimenting with fasting the last six months or so. It's really great on days I don't have to get up early for work in the office which comes with a long commute as I'm not a morning person. I find that on days when I can't sleep until at least 9am, fasting becomes really challenging. It does make me more aware of my body and it's needs, like sleep and getting to bed earlier!
But I really like being able to do yoga or something active before breaking the fast!

Sorry for late response... And how o you feel before and after yoga when fasting?
According to Dr. Eric Berg, fasting helps to increase HGH (Human Growth Hormone). When I do sports during my 12-16 hours fast I feel like Hulk haha.
