Great recipe for margarita cocktail
Put some ice and water in a margarita glass and leave it to cool
In a shaker, 60cc of tequila
30cc cointreau (orange liqueur)
30cc lime juice
Throw in some ice cubes
Empty the glass and deep the edge of it in lemon juice
And than in a plate of salt
Shake the shaker hard until you hear the ice cubes break and pour it to the glass
Decorate the edge of the glass with a nice slice of lemon.
Throw in 1 aniseed star and enjoy:-) 
Although i sold my bar in tel aviv 4 years ago, i wanted some peace , quiet and be with my wife, im still missing the part of mixing drinks and food and mostly to entertain the audience.
