While I have no idea where this platform is going at this point, I'm definitely someone who likes to hear how others are keeping themselves in shape as I spend far too much time behind a keyboard.
You might be disappointed in your early rewards, but stick with it and (provided your information is solid), I'd expect you to do well here.
The little I know about body building revolves around eating reasonably, getting some exercise at least a few times a week, and departing drastically from mainstream american diets.
