Re-Introducing Crunchies

Hello Goldfishes, Penguins and Puppies! (No matter the category under which you fall, you’re still awesome!!). How’re you guys doing?

I apologize for my temporary hiatus from Steemit- I encountered certain challenges which proved to be beyond my control- but I’m BACK now and ready to rock the floor… LOL.

Basically, this post is a re-introduction of my CRUNCHIES series, which will premiere in under 24 hours. I made a post about the CRUNCHIES series a few weeks ago but it didn’t really get to as many people as I wanted it to, so I’ve made this post majorly as a renewed attempt at publicizing the CRUNCHIES series.

The stories in the CRUNCHIES series are expressions of the wildest imaginations of my mind; and I tend to think of my mind as a very dangerous place. In some cases too, they are inspired by one or two personal experiences, especially when the experiences in question appear serendipitous to me. But, all in all, the stories in the CRUNCHIES series promise to be exciting, heartrending and titillating.

Each Installment of the CRUNCHIES series shall be between 600-1200 words in length and the stories shall not be restricted in genre. The CRUNCHIES stories can also be accompanied with a light snack and drink for maximum enjoyment… #Wink.

Intro-Q: Have you ever battled with a compulsion to steal? Do you believe that some people are born kleptomaniacs?

If so, you should watch out for the first story in my CRUNCHIES series, it is a beautiful story which I titled ‘SPOTS’. Here’s a snippet below;

" It’s 3AM and I can’t understand why I’m feeling this intense urge to go to the kitchen and raid Mama’s pot of vegetable soup.

We had the soup along with some fufu for dinner last night and, of course, it tasted absolutely delicious. Mama served me an ample quantity of the food and supplied me piece after piece of meat until I was satiated. So it baffles me that, while the rest of my family is soundly asleep, the kleptomaniac inside of me is steering me towards another crime."
