Who am I ?

Hello everyone,

I am the TractorGuy, because I own a tractor and I love that thing.

I am a pretty old guy, coming from the time when people communicated via mail in paper envelopes and 'Post Cards', besides just talking face to face.
The Internet and the Cell Phone were not invented back then. Doesn't mean that I don't like high tech. I do love it.

Where do I live? Living in the Mid-West of the USA, in the upper part of the State of Missouri. Got a wife and cats and a dog, and a Tractor, of course.

I don't do Facebook, I don't do Twitter and I don't do Google+, LinkedIn, Instagram or any other social online people gathering places. I don't have an account with any of those and you won't find me there. I once was running a mailing list about 20 years ago to connect with friends in the far distance. But, everyone went on their own way, getting on with life and the list became obsolete.

I was looking at MyPlace, Facebook, and all the other social places, but they seem to be 'in your face' (pun intended) and heavily commercialized. Steemit is different though. I thought, I give it a try. We'll find out how it works for me in the long run.

If you want to find out more about me, you'll have to ask. I probably will answer.... if the question is decent according to my belief system.
