I do pole dance class and crossfit as well but I don't think I can wash my hair only with water! hehehe

    Yeah it's more difficult not to wash your hair when you sport that much! I'm just walking around with an "I don't care" - hairdo. Nice to have more crossfit & poledance people here! Thanks :)
