I was very skeptical when I first heard of this site as well, I don't have a lot of crypto currency knowledge and so immediately reverted to an old school way of thinking. If it's too good to be true then it probably is, but after doing a bit of research I feel as though there is potential for a lot of good to come out of this economy. There's always going to be people out there just in it for the money but I think over time those that have a true passion for sharing self created content will be the successful ones. It will be interesting to see how things develop over time. Never the less, Welcome to Steemit!
