I'm David, I've been writing on a number of subjects for many years although I'm fairly new to blogging. I'm a successful, fit and positive, middle aged bloke from the UK. After many years of studying various disciplines, getting fit and making money, I've decided to give something back and share some of my knowledge, experience and wisdom! I'm also here to learn, because I believe that we should always continuously improve ourselves and seek more knowledge and empowerment.
