Hi Steemites - I'm new here

How I became a Steem-Bee
This site reminds me of a bunch of worker bees making a great hive. Contributing and working together makes a better community and much better tasting honey! I've been following Bitcoin for a number of years, and one of my friends who is crypto crazy told me about Steem. It sounds like a good outlet for me to share some of my rhyming stories and poetry. I hope people will be able to laugh, ponder, share, and mostly enjoy the entertainment. I most also post other random things.

I have some new and fun stories that I will posting soon.

About Me
I'm a fairly private person but I like creating rhyme based stories for everyone to enjoy. I also work a day job in I.T. and filming with my drone.
I am also interested in; philosophy, psychology, inventing, tech, Christianity, the red pill, videography, health, wikileaks.

What I love about Steem
Being able to share content and get rewarded for it using a cryptocurrency is such a unique and practical application for crypto creation, I just luv the idea. And I think it will be the future of things to come. So I wanted to try it out and share my content with a community and engage in feedback . Traditional social media needs to watch out, for the Steem train – Toot toot!

What I want to share with the world

Ideas and inspiration, through stories that unravel worlds of possibilities.
I spend my day solving problems , so this is an outlet for sharing creative, fun, inspiring, and adventurous poetic stories.

Steem Limerick
There was a poor man who joined Steem,
In his old shack he would comment and stream,
The rewards were so many
That he gave away his last penny
Too bad as it was holding the roof's support beam!

Here is a little sample of the story I just finished and will be posting in my first article:

Cause and Effect - A tail of independence

There was an Elephant, his name was Effect.
Whenever he saw a mouse in his way,
He would run to his house
Or anywhere else, far, far away .

He knew very well
the ‘escape the mouse’ plan
Passed down from his parents,
And all of the Elephant-house clan.

One day Effect saw a nice shaded tree,
He wanted to rest, while his herd grazed free,
He felt so sleepy in the cool of the grass,
He closed up his eyes and fell asleep, fast.

All of a sudden he awoke to a sound,
He shook off the grass and stood up from the ground,
But his family was gone, the herd had departed,
Then he noticed some moving leaves, and a brush that had parted .
