Wow, that's some story. I'm happy to hear running has made your life better. I only really started as I was concerned I was unfit and I wanted a better quality of life as I get older. It's still a struggle, but I do actually enjoy it.

Well, it reminded me of my wife. When she was going through a rough patch she started running. She told me that you can't run and cry at the same time.
