Hello Steemit! Introducing myself

Hello Everyone,
I'm writing this so people who are interested can learn more about me; sort of like a bio or "about the author" kind of thing.

What I look like

This is what I look like with short hair and return from Asia after 4 years ;)

and this is me after being back in the US and getting fat, not shaving, etc

Ok, so now that you can see how ugly I am, hehe, at least I know you're not reading my articles because of my looks.

Where I live

I live in the Columbia River basin in Eastern Washington, U.S.A. It's like a desert with irrigation. The soil is made of glacial dust and when people think of my home, this usually comes to mind...

...but with modern irrigation, it actually looks like this:

Lots of people grow grapes and stone fruits because of all the sunshine, dry climate, and well-draining soil.

What I do

I'm a jack of all trades, and master of one: Teaching. I say that because I have a Master's degree in teaching. I also have a Bachelor's in Physics, Associate of Arts, Associate of General Studies, and certification as a teacher of English to speakers of other languages(TESOL).

My day job is producing legal cannabis. I also run a small farm with chickens, cows, fruits, veggies, herbs, and spices. In my spare time I work on lots of tech projects, free and open source software, Bitnation, 3D printing, humanoid robotics, geodesic domes, DIY projects, etc. I'm really heavily into Raspberry Pi, or should I say bigly? hehe.

Notable Achievements

1. I reproduced 2 times
2. Lived in Thailand 4 years
3. Lived in Indonesia 9 months
4. Lived in Russia 2 months
5. Went AWOL from the US Army after seeing Saudis being trained to use M1 tanks on US soil
6. Wrote the Declaration of Independence for Bitnation

Interests

Like most people, I like all the usual things but on the extreme side, I like:

• Asian ladies and kathoeys
• Tropical stuff
• Jediism
• Bitnation
