Hello Steemit! My name is William Craddick, I am a co-founder at Disobedient Media. For a little over a year I worked as an investigative journalist putting out pieces related to human trafficking, political corruption as well as geopolitics. My research or reporting has also been cited by organizations such as Wikileaks and Liberatión. I’ve also appeared a few times on radio and international television networks such as Russia Today.
Our work at Disobedient Media has also attracted negative attention from special interests. NATO-tied think tank the Atlantic Council, whose donor list at one point included organizations which gave material support to ISIS, has repeatedly attacked my reporting as well as that of my colleague Elizabeth Vos for our exposure of corruption and defense of free speech rights in the European Union.
Although I no longer write full time, I do occasionally put out pieces on topics that interest me, usually relating to foreign policy issues. I look forward to sharing my past and future work with all of you.

I already encountered an exception to it, but usually to be on RT one has to be connected to RT.
Anyway, a true act of disobedience and independence will be to expose Vladimir Putin for what he is, which is worse than Hillary Clinton, and I believe most of what is claimed or implied about her.

You clearly haven't done even rudimentary research, as I am not affiliated with RT.
Frankly, anything unflattering you want to know about Vladimir Putin you can already find in the Panama Papers and BBC. I generally stick to foreign policy issues that are not discussed by any media, foreign or domestic. Particularly topics related to regional destabilization and Chinese influence in the West.

You probably refer to Litvinenko and the large scale thefts that Putin commits, but there is so much more, like political assassinations other than Litvinenko, political appointments to enforce his tyranny and whitewashes, political imprisonments and arrests, faked allegations against his enemies, demoralization in other countries like financing so-called "alternative media" and "independent media", and I have not the resources and abilities to research good enough to prove connections to Putin's FSB, as they know their job good enough to disguise their connections from someone like myself.
After all, they try to hide their connections from the FBI, NSA and CIA, so for me to try to do the work such organizations do will be stupidity, even if I could.
Everything that Hillary and Bill Clinton did, Putin did, and he did worse.

Welcome to the Steem Blockchain. I look forward to your posts. Something i like about steem is what gets posted on the chain, stays on the chain. Many outlets choose to edit pages and delete tweets, this complicates things, when we have no official record. Fake tweets become a reality.. Steem has none of this. If you post, it is on the chain forever. I tend to think people may value information a bit more once they know it cannot be retracted.

So often when I get to read about "free media" it's just tin-foil-hat bullshit written by upper-middle-class tweenageres with too much time on their hands. Articles are rife with claims that marijuana cures cancer, vaccines cause autism, Israel is the epitome of evil or that universities are homosexual breeding pens (or some other lunacy).
