Something we do need to remember everyday... Thanks so much!

And oh, I wrote a post earlier that you may find interesting (not sure, really). But I did write a little bit about myself there, so hopefully, it will be an interesting one...

I loved everything you wrote! I love dogs and chocolate, were prescription glasses, am an introvert (especially as a child) and still cannot cook. What else is needed for friendship?

Audrey, please consider having an account on Weku.io. It is a clone of Steemit and there is no learning curve. You can re-post your Steemit posts there and the payouts are in the dollars and not pennies. Hundreds of Steemians have done that in the past three weeks. I kept my same user name. For the money, it will be really worthwhile. I have matched my Steemit VP in three weeks!

We do have a lot in common! Well, except that I can cook nowπŸ˜ƒ. You being an introvert came as a surprise to me, oh well, it's not written on the face... πŸ˜ƒ what else is needed for friendship? Well, a person interested in friendship...

I do have a Weku account, just that I haven't been active there. Posted just once and got $0.00, not Weku's fault though... I have 0 followers and I don't think I am following anybody too... I guess I should get a bit serious with it. I will check you out there...

I have the "introvert" experience to last a lifetime! My childhood memories are mostly those relating to being embarrassed or not at ease around others. I spent my time trying to avoid being the focus of attention!

I still can't cook. Boiling eggs is about the peak of my expertise!

Hahhahah! Well, my childhood is quite the opposite of that... Funny how I somehow changed while growing up...

Boiling eggs, really?πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

I'm pretty good at opening cans. Once I discovered that almost anything tastes okay with rice and a little ketchup, I lowered any advanced goals for cooking. I have actually prepared instant rice before!

I also weigh the same as I did when I was your age, so no danger of me getting overweight!

I actually don't get too excited about food. Almost anything that is not meat is okay. I don't go to restaurants and don't like fancy meals when something commonplace will do.

Oh, come on! You don't eat rice and ketchup everyday, do you? lol! It really isn't too late to learn, you can try it....πŸ˜€ well, except if it ends up being exhausting....

Hahahahh! There are days when the mouth wants something really tasty, you may have to give it that...πŸ˜€

I just have no interest in cooking. I am not exactly starving or lacking in nutrition because my live-in partner loves to cook and I have to remind her almost daily that I do NOT like fancy, rich food. The mainstay for me is rice, peas, kale, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and a slice of the really wonderful veggie quiches she makes. We are both vegetarians, fortunately, or we probably would not get along well.

My weakness in the food category is dark chocolate. I have to ration it to such small servings it's easier to just do without; which is what I do. I love it but my ulcer does not, and it has the deciding vote.

BTW, this has to be a record-setting thread! It's nested about 40 levels deep.

Because I like chatting with you, Bitsy!
