Greetings, Steemians!
After 3 months of having joined Steemit, I've finally decided to introduce myself. Feels kind of late of me to introduce myself after 3 months but oh well, better late than never.
So this is me! I'm Alexandre, but people just call me Alex. I'm 19 years young, and I live in Canada! I have an amazing boyfriend that I've been with for over a year now, I love programming and video games, and I've been a gamer pretty much my whole life. Even at the age of 4 you'd probably seen me with an original Gameboy or on a Sega Genesis. So video games is really something I have experience with.
Why did I join Steemit?
Well, my good friend @robertmacdonald sort of reeled me back into cryptocurrencies and one day he introduced me to Steemit, it intrigued me so I decided to join!
What are my Steemit goals?
Well, I honestly do not have any big plans, I'm sort of just here casually. But I will probably post about stuff that I like, or probably interesting thoughts and such. So, if you like video games (Especially Pokemon) then you can follow me if you'd like. But I would like to see a bigger gaming community on Steemit!
Anyways, that's all I had to say, just thought I'd make a quick introduction of myself and I just want to say that I am glad to be here on Steemit! If you have any questions you can ask me anything in the comments, and hopefully I'll see you in the next one!

Thank you! And tomorrow there's a Pokemon Direct and if it's anything interesting I might post my thoughts about it. I'm kind of hoping for a new Pokemon game, hopefully Diamond/Pearl remake? But more people are speculating a Sun/Moon sequel which would be nice as well.
