The reason why I am steemit: I hear a lot about Community, Monetization, Ecosystem, and Transparency. This platform will allow me to capitalize on the great opportunity. I started my Youtube company channel with my partners called W.A.S.T.E TV back on Apr 11, 2011. So our fanbase for the company is very organic. Because I'm the Director, Videographer, Editor, Photographer of operations. It was little to no time to really understand the algorithm of Youtube in 2011 to grow are company channel. However, was still able to produce on Youtube 294 subscribers and 268,809 views for all of the content of 185 videos. My moving forward plans to ask the community of steemit to help push my channel to new and beyond heights of 1 million subscribers and millions of views on videos on W.A.S.T.E TV. I appreciate @jerrybanfield taking his online classes for Youtube, in a special 5 Day Special package for videography back 2016. Y.F.M, is part owner of W.a.s.t.e Entertainment LLC. Y.F.M. means Your Favorite Manager as it exemplifies an above industry standard for conducting commercial and community projects. As an executive member of W.a.s.t.e Entertainment LLC., his duties include being a consultant for personal business affairs for Recording Artist. Also, he arranges Artist live performance bookings for indie and mainstream talent. As VP of operations management, he extensively works with record companies on everything from approvals of album artwork to coordinating the choice of producers, the location of recording, establishment of the recording budget, rental of equipment and lodging, travel, promotional appearances, press and publicity in accordance to the Y.F.M. standard.
