The tenacity seen through a material...

There are, in our surroundings, very significant examples of motivation that we can find even in the characteristics of a material. On this occasion, I want to refer to steel as an illustration of the scope of TENACITY.

A material is "tenacious" when it resists the stress and pressure of a sudden load or impact. This quality prevents that there is a break in its composition. It is interesting that as the temperature increases, tenacity improves in the material.
Such is the tenacity of the steel that is used for the manufacture of tools and as a constructive element. Its characteristic benefits the composition of the elements, since it prevents deformations that exceed its plastic limit.

Now, we apply tenacity in our lives when we are firm and constant in what we want. In personal or group projects we need to stand up despite the difficulties. The tenacity improves with the increase of the "temperature" that they induce on us. Being recognized as constant people, will increase the trust of others towards us, which will inevitably result in more and better proposals for work and investments. People will want to invest in you, build with you, work with you.

The tenacity applied to the soul is undoubtedly a moral quality and characteristic of a personality sure of his convictions. To achieve this, you must have clear objectives and the reason why you want to achieve them.

I hope it has been helpful and motivating! God bless you :D
