Now I'm waiting for the first callers to try the grandchild trick. You know, they look in the phone books and look for names that used to be in fashion in the past. Well, I was already born when there weren't TVs around. So in fact, it fits: my real name is Werner, even worse: Hans-Werner. But whatever.

And now it's out: youngatheart (young at heart) is not my real name. Heh. Heh. It's not completely detached from me. I didn't pick it by chance only. What do you mean? - No! Nothing with a heart transplant. - Feeling! It's just my feeling: I'm a young-at-heart... Yes, of course I look old.... Feeling, guys. I'm talking about a feeling!

By the way young-at-heart ... honestly, with physical exertion this feeling can lessen a bit...

... like here on the hike (September of 2017) in Portugal: 29 degrees Celsius, 24 km, 50% uphill, 50% downhill (felt like: 100% uphill), 19 kg backpack - However, during the course of the day only 16 kg have to be carried because of drinking and eating. On the practice stages at home it was somehow easier. What's wrong with gravity in Portugal?

Okay. I am (correction: I was) a teacher. I should have known better. But not everyone corresponds to the prejudice that others have of him. I also worked in adult vocational education and training- not steeled by puberty eruptions, helicopter parents or lawyers.

But one thing has been with me all my life and that hasn't changed until now: I could fly off the handle when a wheel on the shopping cart always brakes in certain directions...
