The new ZeroSum platform is doing something radically different with traditional trading. ZeroSum exploded on the scene in 2016, positioning itself on the side of retail traders who are fed up of unfair advantages held by market makers, high-frequency traders and brokers who take insane fees. ZeroSum is built on the promise of peer-versus-peer trading competitions on anything that has a reliable, accurate data feed.

If users agree to compete on the platform they are paid in ZeroSum’s Ethereum based token - ZFX. The Idea Behind ZeroSum

ZeroSum and the ZFX token were born when Lawrence Richardson - having managed 100s of millions in retail, commodities and forex trading, exchanged ideas with one of Wall Street’s top traders and prominant high-frequency traders. “The little guy gets eaten alive on trades in the market - trade fees, unfair advantages held by banks, high-frequency traders, the list goes on and on” Lawrence said. “Why not level the playing field? Giving anyone who wants to compete a fair, skill based playing field?” It’s the question that led him to create ZeroSum.

Leading a team comprised of ex-Uber data scientists, early Product Hunt employees and investors who have had successful exits from Avant, Cashnet USA and high-frequency trading firms - ZeroSum is poised to change the market.

ZeroSum flips the traditional trading mechanisims (and fantasy gaming as a whole) on it’s head. Already live and active - the platform will offer three models for users: fantasy trading, fantasy gaming, and sentiment data streams.
