The truth is that it is very hard to make $100 dollars a day when you are new to Steemit unless you already have a large following from either a Blog or other social media. However, it not impossible. I wrote that headline in my blog because i thought it would get more clicks ( Did it work?? Thats the first tip for today. Write good headlines)

I have been on steemit for about 20 days and have found some resources here that help to get started.

The most important thing is to create content that will add value to the community. Steemit is not a money making scheme where you can get money for doing very little work. On the other hand, if you create meaningful content that adds lots of value to others they are able to reward you for it. The rough part is getting others to see the content you put out.

The next most important thing to do is Socialize!!!! Get out there on steemit and read all the great content. Comment and upvote on the posts you like. Its a great way to find authors you like and for people to get to know you

I didn't have any followers when I got here. I found that I could use The Steemfollower service to get more followers and more votes. When you join they give you a refferel link that you can use to get even more followers and more votes. Here is my referel link that you can use to sign up https://steemfollower.com/?r=2592

Another service that I used to get my posts seen by more viewers was Resteembot. please see this post to find out more information about getting you post re esteemed https://steemit.com/resteembot/@resteembot/how-to-use-resteembot-updated-2017824t202525149z

Please check out the Minnow support project here http://minnowsupportproject.org/ a great project that offers many services

There are many more tools that can help you here but sometimes its very confusing . These should keep you busy for awhile

Here's another tip... don't leave shitty comments... like nice post.. leave a meaningful comment that actually relates to their post. It will boost your author rewards and gain you quality followers who actually upvote your posts. Would you rather have 6000 followers that ignore you or 100 that actually upvote you. Hope this helps. STEEM on

good point. Thanks for sharing that with us

Absolutely.. we all want steemit to grow. In my opinion that means everybody needs to help other people to become successful. In unity there is strength.

That's the main thing in all we do.
I remember when people found about adsense and how much can be earned only from a blog, but few understood the meaning of a real blog :-)

They thought that posting few simple posts without quality content and without making it as a permanent posting job, they could earn as much as good bloggers with good content.

Hehe, it was fun when they were crying saying that adsense is not working :-)))

Money, good income will never fall out from the sky. We must do something credible and good to make them come. Even a simple good post with interesting content at a few days. In this way, passion and hobbies can be mixed with some income. Maybe small at the beginning but in the future can be a good one.

Also, there are posts where you like the content and can't write on 100 posts per day a full page response. Then, you make a small one or just give an upvote for liking it.

Cheers

L.E.: i followed both of you and hoping to get more nice content :-)

I see you already got some followers and made some steems :-) gg

Did you bought something or just with that tools (you got quite a bit from almost a month here)?

Also, from what i see, it is no chance to make posts only here and have a steady community. You must have other social accounts to redirect here. Otherwise it is kinda impossible to grow.

But, steemit it is cool in its nature. And making it as a hobby can be great. As a business it must be correctly monetized.

Cheers and good luck in your journey too.

I invested about $1200 of my own money. I think investing in steem is a good thing. I am only here 20 days and trying to grow my audience. I think putting out good content consistently is a good way to grow here. Time takes time. This is what I do anyway so I cant think of anypkace better to do it than steemit

Uhm and i thought you made 1200 from here :-))))

Investing in general is a good thing. As long as you document to know what you do or just risk it as a feeling. And also not investing car, house or food money.

Invest and diversify is the better option.
I also think steemit is a good investment and writing here a lot... for me :-).

But with a blog or external audience will grow better. Here, if you resteem a lot, people will not see your posts. Having them in another place and keeping them there it may help more... just a thought. I still don't know what way to choose.

Good luck with what you do.

I appreciate articles like this that help find the things you can do to make more money. I am not very tech savvy so a lot of this stuff makes no sense to me. Thanks for this.
