I would suggest together with your post, to post a picture of yourself holding a piece of paper with the word steemit, yourname and date. If you have facebook profile or any social account, kindly include its profile link in your post. You need to do this to verify your identity. It is not required but like I already mentioned, people love to communicate a person with verified identity since the community involves monetization/rewards.
