Newbie is joining the Steemit Club :D

Hello everybody!

Omgosh I find this so exciting! I am so new to Steemit. Like we say it here in the Netherlands "een pure amateurtje".
Well let's starts from the beginning....
Heyyyy you there, my name is Camila. Actually Tereza Camila Verweij-Westerhuis da Silva Santos Rodrigues. You know us Latinos have such long last names.
To bad my bank account isn't that full like my last names :p
But my name is Camila. July 30th I will be 35 already! Time flies oefff.
I was born in Goiãnia, Brazil. I live here in the Netherlands for 29 years now.
I have 3 beautiful, gorgeous, diva, naughty girls.
Inara is 11. Angélica will be 7 tomorrow and Anaya almost 4 years.
They are my everything!

I am married to a lovely, sweet man...John. I know it sounds corcky and oooooh blégh but this man is a wonderful husband and father. He supports me, helps me and just so happy and thankful for having him in my life. ANd he's also nuts and crazy almost...really almost like me so it helps to :p

Well making a very very very long story a bit short.....I live here in the Netherlands. I didn't want to move here from Brazil but had to. My mommarried a dutch guy and that was the start.
I didn't feel welcome in my moms house. I didn't like my stepdad and we just didn't get allong so well (actually still).
I have one lil sister and one lil brother and a stepbrother.
When I was 21 my mom "sold me"(my words and experience) to a Turkish guy. He wanted his dutch papers and my mom wanted me out of the house. I was a pretty difficult teenager but I never stole, hurt anybody.
I wanted more with my life then only work from 9 till 5 and paying my bills and save money for a rainy day.
But my family values and wishes where at the time stronger then me.
When I was 23 Inara was born. She was the fire that I needed to get out of that terrible relationship.
My ex-husband abused me mentally and physically. He also raped me and when I was pregnant with Inara he hit me a lot cause he didn't want a daughter.
Making this story shorter I stayed in a womenshelter for 16 weeks.
This was the first time that I was in charge of my life! I could do whatever I wanted to and so I did.
Moved away from my mother. Cut of contact with people who always were putting my down and didn't want me to succeed in life.
Starting read a lot of books from Tony Robbins (SOOO want to go to UPW 2018 in London!!), Jack Canfield, Bob Proctor, Robert Kiyosaki, The Secret and many more.
It lifted me up and I started to meet new people. And also my darling hubby.
He says that I've saved him from his low self-esteem but we helped each other.
I am the bubbly, corky, energenic one who wants things done quick and now now now and he keeps me grounded and solid. Love this gringo of mine!
After following the Millionaire Mind Intensive I started my own business. The 3 days intenive course gave me the strength to do what I love and I finally put a lot of shit away and let the past be the past.
I have a nailstudio here at my house. Love my workplace. And I am doing what I love!
Yessss I love make up, nails and hairstyling. When I lived near my mom I went to courses but behind her back. She didn't want me to be a nailtech or a make up artist but a Nurse.
I am a Doctors Assistant, but that't nit what I want to do for the rest of my life.
So opened a Facebook page, Instagram account and I am busy with it. Still learning and loving it!
I know I am not where I want to be but it's ok. It's a GREAT start!!!
For the people who are reading this and you feel stuck and worthless....you are not! You are wonderful. Keep your dream alive! Never give up and keep fighting for it. Keep learning. Ask for help when you get stuck.
If I can do it so can you!!!

Soooooo this is me!!! I hate it when people take my pics. I prefer standing behond the camera :p
