Immigrants in UAE are in two categories,
If you are in the fist category you can even walk naked especially at the jumeirah beach in a so called islamic state.
If you are in the second category and to now make it worse, belonging to the black race, holding a lady's hand(not married) in public can even land you at the station and only God knows what the outcome will be
