Introductions are hard as fluff

I feel so silly as I try to think of the perfect words to describe myself for my introduction into a social media group, yet again. My Steemit account is mostly going to be dedicated to expressing my anxiety and depression- unique topics huh?

A little background insight on me: my name is Kim and I have a large family with not the best history. I have a loving, supportive boyfriend and great friends. Despite having all the support I could ever need, I am still haunted by the ever lingering sense of negativity that is my anxiety. When I knew it was getting bad I sought help from a professional, he talked with me for a while and we gave my anxiety the name "Bertha". My mom kept pestering me about my appointments so feeling like I was a lost cause, Bertha told me to stop seeing ALL my doctors and cancelled all my appointments. Dermatologist, regular physician and three others that I need in order to keep my physical pain in check so I don't become hospitalized.

I don't want to give up too much information but basically in my posts I'm going to try to keep it basic with updates from my optimistic personality while also talking about my struggle with anxiety. I encourage you, as a reader or a fan, to keep in touch, let me know if you have any anxieties or struggle with some kind of wall that you don't understand. I'm not a professional of any kind but as a human being with a huge heart, I only wish to make a difference in life.
