well it was free money to people who had original btc bitcoin so a lot of people probably pumped it up and dumped it.

    Yeah, i was surprised by the sudden increase in its price and was almost tempted to buy when it got a little above $500 hoping that it will continue going up. Am happy i didn't do that.
