Is impressive penetration and incorporation of information technology into everyday life because finally, its influence in man has not been expected and the human being has taken broad awareness of the profound alteration caused by the use not only of information technology but of all computer systems.
In modernity, the computer plays a very important role in the development of organizations and in controlling administrative operations, among others, obtaining an immediate and effective information within the organizational structure which determines the success and scope objectives more effectively within the institution.
