I'm new as well here, but I heard if you use the tag 'introduceyourself' on this kind of post you would increase your chances even more for upvotes as it would be the most popular tag for it.

      The introduceyourself tag as opposed to introduction is where some of the whales and many dolphins hang out to welcome newbies with an upvote.

        I will redo my intro with the proper tag and put the picture of my mug on it. I have a lot of reading to do to figure out this site
