WHy I aM hERE

Just so you know where I'm coming from. I am a petroleum Engineer by disciple. I got my bachelor's degree in Nigeria and I'm few weeks away from completing a masters degree here at Imperial College London. Although an engineer by discipline, I am passionately entrepreneurial by nature. As such I'm open minded enough to engage in other ventures completely outside of my core discipline. For instance, I'm into professional photography, I trade Forex and I've done some bits of buying and selling to make profit during my undergraduate days in Nigeria.

So what's a Petroleum Engineer got to drill on steemit?

I was originally attracted to the breakthrough called blockchain. I could not help coming to the conclusion that the world would be completely disrupted by this technology, the potential in it is enormous. Since then I have carefully positioned myself in any blockcahin based/related concept that I evaluate to be promising by providing a practical solution to real life problems. Fast forward a number of detailed research and then I came across steemit. I came to the same conlusion on steemit as I did when I originally came across mother blockcahin. I am convinced that this platform has the potential to revolutionize the way media is managed, albeit underutilized for now.
