That's a photo of a very beautiful woman. We've had some issues in the past, where people have pretended to be others, and it's something the community is really keen to stamp out.
If you upload a photo of yourself, holding a piece of paper with 'Steemit' and 'villainqueen-art' written on it, to verify that this lovely brunette is actually you, you'll be considered verified and people will be more inclined to upvote and follow you.
