It has been my dream to learn the Ankara craft.
I love it because of the beauty and originality of the art. Someone may ask what is Ankara craft.
Ankara craft is basically making decorative articles by hands and this done by using African material called Ankara.

In the month of January I withdrew some of my SBD to register for lessons at Klasic Koutore( Ankara crafting center) here in Port Harcourt.

My experience today

I started my training today, and I was really excited getting there because it has been one of my major target in 2018 aside starting up an Aquatic hub center.
I was the smallest in the class, and I was a bit reserved initially because I was trying to observe the environment, but within some minutes I acclimitized and I started interacting and I asked questions when necessary.
It was fun though !

The one I love most is the Kanshazi flower (Indian rose).
I will do a written tutorial instead of a visual tutorial, this is because external interference from the surrounding made it far from excellence·

·Materials needed:
Thread, Needle, Ankara print, Filler, Pearl, wax gum, scissors, pin.
·Method:
1.Measure a 5 *5 square shape on the ankara print
2.Do it repeatedly to get twelve pieces of ankara print.

1. Fold each material diagonally and fold diagonally again to get a triangle shape.
   4.Then you glue them to each other to get a rose shape..

A little tip about Investment

The difference between assets and liabilities is extremely important to comprehend. An assets is a possession that brings income to your pocket, it appreciates, A liability is something you own that requires expenses on your part to maintain.

It is a rare thing to get money accidentally, such as the high in SBD around Dec 16-18, winning of lottery etc. That kind of money comes and goes, like the recent fall in crytpo around Feb 2-9 that shock the crypto market.

Money functions as a seed. What do we do with seeds? We can eat them, but that would be unwise. If we consume the seeds, next year will come and we will not have anything to eat, because we have not sown a thing.

So to you reading please be wise and make some cool investment according to wisdom and passion.
