That is exactly true. I am from Canada and people are generally very conservative and they relate blockchain to the 2008 crash. I think people need to realize that we as a community are not talking about bitcoin but the blockchain as a whole. The idea is as good as the internet and it is here to stay. Not necessarily a particular coin but the blockchain will not go away and people need to realize this fact.
