Below is a screenshot of Google Spreadsheet which helped me to create my investment portfolio for 2018. I want to share this tool with community

How can this spreadsheet be useful for a novice and experienced investor?
1.The investor can classify blockchain assets in different sections (add his own sections) and evaluate these classes.
Example of classifications I used:
- by directions: currency, smart-contracts platforms, privacy, dex, funds/investments, payments, lending, governance, VPN, identity, stable coins, decentralized computing, decentralized storage, mesh networks, energy, others. Of course this is not a complete list, this classification is partially taken from here https://techcrunch.com/2017/10/16/mapping-the-blockchain-project-ecosystem/
- by token type: equity the token security token, the token utility, base level, pegged token, asset-backed token
- by consensus algorithm: Proof-of-Stake, Proof-Of-Work, dPoS, PoW+PoS, Proof-of-Importance, DAG, Loop-Fault-Tolerance, Byzantine-Fault-Tolerance, Proof-of-Authority, Proof-of - Weight, Federated Byzantine Agreement
- by risk: storage facility, medium risk, high risk, extreme risk, Fiat
- by age of the project: from 5 years, 2-5 years, 6 months-2 years, up to 6 months, ICO
- by market capitalization: TOP 10, TOP 10-50, 50-150 TOP, TOP 301-600, TOP 600+
- by turnover: 50%+, 30-50%, 10-30%, 5-10%, 2-5%, 0,5-2%, 0-0,5%
The idea is to give fundamental estimates and plan a portfolio within frames of each classification. It is easier not to look away at the name and brand of coins, and focus on specific fundamental ideas. For example, I allocate 26.9% for smart-contracts platforms, and 13.8% for currencies, 7.2% for privacy and etc.
It's all subjective, so you can (and good) to change the classification in your own way.
2.As the classifications are ready, the next step is to match blockchain assets to them.
Here you will find a painstaking intellectual work. For example, I made a classification for the first 20 assets by capitalization (see screen) - NOTE there are subjective errors!
The good news is that classifications for capitalization and turnover - works in automatic mode. Up-to-date data is taken from coinmarketcap at each launch, and assets are sorted by capitalization and trading volume data is also updated.
However, this can cause failures in the classification, because the assets change their positions! Therefore it is necessary to check everything before the third step
3.The idea is to sum up all the scores by classifications and get a total score for each asset that has ON (i.e. selected for portfolio)
Because not all classifications are equivalent. You can adjust the "weight" of each classification by simply selecting a different scale for the scores. For example, for "by directions" use from 1 to 100, and for "by turnover" from 1 to 10.
After pressing the button "Recalculate points" on the "Builder" tab will appear this final table.
As can be seen here:
- all assets that are included in the portfolio are their total score.
- share % in the portfolio
- current price (from coinmarketcap)
- the quantity of asset, how much the actual pieces to buy
- The value in $
- The value in someothercurrency.
- Exchange name
Why we need exchange name and volume in someothercurrency? Well, a typical situation, your first BTC lie on localbitcoins or on your wallet and in waiting until you spend them for your portfolio. And here it is necessary to understand exactly how many BTC on every exchange need to be sended? Columns (I) and (J) refer to this point.
And since the BTC is not the cheapest transaction currency, it is possible to calculate in any other crypto. For example, in ETH
