Binance - China's latest crypto exchange is cherry picking the coins that users can trade very carefully! 

Instead of initially loading up 20-30 coins so that investors have choices - they chose one at first - NEO.  Then they added others big guns like BTC and ETH. Next the loaded HRS, BNB (Binance Exchange Coin), QTUM, and BTM.

Binance has big plans for Bytom down the road 

Bytom appears to be yet another bi-product/affiliate of the Binance Coin/Exchange Platform in China. Binance, which is currently revolutionizing China's Crypto exchange systems, philosophies and business model has surpassed the #10 slot of ALL exchanges in the world in a very short time

Binance openly states that they have affiliations/contracts/agreements/partnerships with all of its coins so far except BTC and ETH.

Binance knows what it is doing - I do not yet - But they have a very strategic plan in place - Maybe it's to allow an onslaught on trad to help rise the v of the companies & projects that will help them in the future.
