“We only open between 10 and 15 [studios] a year. Every studio is cast. We choose the instructors and operators to open that studio that we think will vibe with that community. And we typically go in 12 to 16 weeks before we open and we really just listen to the community of riders around us and say, ‘What is it that you’re looking for?'”
