Nelson Mandela is the president of South Africa who is willing to sacrifice his life for his nation and country, he is willing to go to jail for 27 years for a freedom.
the life of Nelson Mandela was narrated in a biography drama in 2009, the film entitled "invictus" which means "undefeated" directed by Clint Eastwood, played by Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon. The story of the film is troubled about a game that forms a country, and about events in South Africa before and during the Rugby World Cup in 1995, after the apartheid system was abolished.

Freeman and Damon each played South African President Nelson Mandela and François Pienaar, as captain of the South African rugby union team, Springboks. the film invictus was released in the United States on December 11, 2009.

The film had received positive criticism and won an Academy Award nomination as best actor for Freeman and Best Supporting Actor by Damon.

On February 11, 1990, Nelson Mandela was released from Victor Verster's Prison after spending his 27-year imprisonment in the prison. four years later, Nelson Mandela was elected as the first black South African President. when he became president Nelson faced many challenges in the post-apartheid era, including poverty and widespread crime, and Nelson Mandela was deeply concerned about the race differences between black and white South Africans,

As he wins the match between the Springboks of his country's uni rugby team, with the English team, Mandela sees that blacks support England, since the white-majority Springboks portray apartheid in their hearts, he says that he also did the same thing as long as he imprisoned in Robben Island.

Knowing that South Africa hosted the 1995 Rugby World Cup, Mandela persuaded the black-dominated Southern African Sports Committee at a meeting to support the Springboks. after which he met the captain of the Springboks rugby team, François Pienaar, and said that the Springboks victory in the World Cup will unite and inspire his country. Nelson Mandela also shared with François a British poem "Invictus", which has inspired a great deal during his time in prison.

South Africans, both blacks and whites, doubt Mr Mandela's claims that rugby can unite a country split for almost 50 years by racial tensions, mostly blacks, and especially radicals, the Springboks portray white supremacy.
However, for Nelson Mandela and Pienaar remain firm in their theory that the game can unite the South African country.

Slowly the changes began to feel after the players interacted with the fans and started their friendship with them.
During the opening game, support for support for the Springboks team began to grow in the hearts of black people.
in the second game, the whole country gathered together to support the Springboks with Mandela's efforts.
And the security of Nelson Mandela who initially did not put trust in Mandela also began to close after they respected each other's dedication and professionalisme.

Finally Springboks went into the final round of the game against All Blacks, a South African rival. New Zealand and South Africa are universally regarded as the two greatest rugby countries, with the Springboks the only team to have a winning record against the All Blacks to date. The first test series between the two countries in 1921 was the start of hostilities, whenever the two countries met in the field of rugby, the tension between them would be visible on their faces.

Before the game begins, the Springboks team comes to Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela spends 18 of his 27 years in prison.
On the island, Pienaar was inspired by Nelson Mandela's wishes and self-control in "Invictus". François expressed his amazement that Nelson Mandela could spend thirty years in a small cell, and when he came out of prison he was willing to forgive the people who imprisoned him in the prison.

With great support from various races, Pienaar motivated his team to win. however, Nelson Mandela's security guard was scared when a South African Airways Boeing 747 jetliner plane flew low over the stadium. but it turned out that was not an attempt to get out in some cases murder,

but to show a sense of patriotism, with a message saying "Good Luck, Bokke" which is the nickname of Springboks in Afrikaans painted on the underside of the plane. in the match the Springboks won with a drop kick result.

In addition time by fly-half Joel Stransky, with a score of 15-12. Nelson Mandela and Pienaar met on the field to celebrate an unexpected win.
Then Nelson Mandela left the stadium in the middle of his car, Nelson Mandela looked at the South Africans while celebrating the joint victory from inside his car, sounding soft as he continued reading part of the poem "Invictus".

The movie Invictus, which lasted about 2 hours 13 minutes 38 seconds that I have witnessed, gives me the goose bumps with the story of a conqueror's journey that is capable of transforming the world with a forgiving soul, and this film contains many inspirations that we should appreciate and take wisdom in life we, a Nelson Mandela were able to forgive those who imprisoned him, for 27 years.

And unexpectedly, when I was so serious about watching this great movie, my gaze was on the Springbook supporters who were watching a game on television at a drink shop in South Africa (zuki's Liquor Store), zuki is my nickname exactly the same as who was in this invictus film, was amazingly surprised when I saw the name.
