A financier agrees on sending money to a seller on an invoice. A buyer who purchased a seller's products should pay the bills directly to a financier. The chain is rather confusing, the process involves at least three parties: a buyer, a seller and a financier. The key problem is that a financier purchasing a seller's invoice does not have any interaction with a buyer. A financier trusts only the information provided by a seller. Thus, the interaction between a buyer and a seller is not completely transparent to a financier and, therefore, represents a significant risk for the latter of non-payment of an invoice.

Invox Finance platform is designed to find a solution to this issue. Invox Finance is a decentralized platform for crediting peer-to-peer invoices, allowing all bidders to communicate directly, interact with each other, share information and distribute it. The platform will have the following advantages:

The system will reward buyers and sellers with Invox tokens for checking accounts, paying bills and making payments. The purpose of sales is to collect approximately $17 million. The minimum purchase size during the main sale is 0.1 ETH. There will be five stages of token sale:
