What is the IOU platform
The IOU platform is a unique solution for businessmen and their customers. The IOU platform is based on the p2p principle. Usually, this translates as peer – to-peer-from equal to equal, although for the IOU platform it is more correct to decipher the term P2P in the meaning of person – to-person-from client to client. The essence of this mechanism in the interaction of the participants of the system directly, without the use of intermediaries. A striking example of the implementation of P2P technology on the Internet are various peer-to-peer networks, such as the TOR browser and the torrent Protocol, in which the system does not have one common centralized server, and the role of the server (node) is performed by each member of the system in equal parts.
If we shift this term to the field of marketing, then P2P also means direct interaction between the supplier and the customer. The peculiarity of the modern market of trade in goods and services is that the seller and the buyer have a strict border between them. Various marketing and partner networks act as intermediaries between them, but mostly they are payment services that take a large Commission for all transfers and dictate their terms to sellers and buyers.
The IOU platform wants to create an ecosystem in which the supplier of a product or service and its customer have a minimum of intermediaries. Rather, the only mediator will be... blockchain! On the IOU platform, traders and manufacturers will upload their products, and customers will be able to buy them directly for IOUX tokens, with minimal fees that are not currently represented in any other trading ecosystem.
For the convenience of customers, a rating system will be implemented, which will help to learn about benign suppliers and profitable products and weed out various scammers, scammers and scammers. The integrity and transparency of the rating will also be guaranteed by the blockchain. All votes will be automatically recorded in the chain of blocks with the help of smart contracts, without the possibility of their change and falsification by anyone, whether it is a seller or an administrator of the IOU platform.
For sellers, this platform will provide a tool for close contact with your audience, will allow you to get to know your customers better, communicate with them directly, receive quality feedback and useful analytical information. Also, the ecosystem of the IOU platform built on the p2p principle and blockchain technology will allow to enter the market and have a good income even for the most little-known sellers. And the producers of goods themselves will be able to directly sell their goods on the IOU, without resorting to the services of intermediaries in the form of retail networks, Resellers, arbitrators and so on.
The platform will allow the IOU to replace a less efficient and more clumsy system for the sale of products through various affiliate networks, fighting a huge fee, and, moreover, are not insured from various throwing and crooks, both from the sellers and from arbitrazhnyj and distributors of the goods involved in these networks.

This platform offers a truly unique and ambitious system of organization of sales and purchases, transactions and sales of goods and services, which will help to work more effectively mechanisms of trade.
