Anyone Know of Note Taking Apps With Infinite Folder Depth?

...other than Apple Notes, which seems to be the front runner for me at this point. Just purchased an Ipad Pro and want to use it to take notes.

Notability/Evernote only have folder depth 2.

I want to be able to do something like Courses > Mathematics > Abstract Algebra > Group Theory Class > Chapter Notes.
