DTUBE- Error Uploading IPFS

Dear community , I need your input as I am trying to upload video on DTUBE from last 2 days and getting IPFS error issue on it.
I have checked error

IPFS settings-> Local IPFS -> You are not running IPFS

Its in red color showing error. Anyone can guide me.
