31 Years ago today; Iran Air Flight 655 shot down by the United States while flying over Iranian waters, who afterwards awarded the murderers with ribbons & medals

There was no war between the US and Iran at the time, no tense situation in the region like there is today, and the civilian airliner was thousands of miles away from US borders and in Iranian airspace above the Persian Gulf.

Washington has neither apologized nor taken responsibility for the attack to this very day.

So no, they don't "hate you for your friedum(fries)" they hate you for killing their friends and families, and for your shameless hypocrisy.
