If by 'people' you mean ISIS fighters and their leaders, a bullet through their skulks is maybe the best persuation tactic. After all their already willing to die for their cause! But I was trying to make the point that if the Secular countries of the West don't start calling out this evil idiology this constant state of war and bloodshed will never stop! Though there are some industries that dont want the war to stop!
