There have been some notable conferences in the last few weeks.

Venture Capital Conference

This event was notable in the context of Blockchain as it was discussed by mainstream institutions in an open forum. Each time government and CEOs hear about crypto, they learn something new and it reinforces that this tech is hear to stay and is not something to be feared, but rather an opportunity to embrace. Well the article talks about Ripple, but even still I see conferences like this as positive for the Industry as a whole.

Dublin Tech Summit

Last week I attended the Dublin Crypto Talk meetup where Spindle presented their ICO and we also got to hear about Privacy Coins from Dublin Crypto Talks David. I wasn't at the Tech Summit which was on Wednesday and Thursday in the Convention center but many people who were at the meetup had attended. Blockchain and Crypto did make an appearance and this is all very positive in the same vain as the Venture Capital Conference. Bitmain and Irelands own Mingocoin were presenting at the conference.
