Still looking for an ether broker

I am wanting to jump in slowly with ether but I am having trouble finding a broker. Coinbase wants a copy of your drivers license. Hell, even my bank doesn't ask for that. when is the last time u went to an ATM and had to use ur DL? Now the interesting reason for my wanting to buy ether is because of this.

This alt-coin is about helping bloggers due to you-tube defunding their accounts. I created my wallet. but as they are using coinbase as the broker I find they want a copy of my DL.

Now that I am looking at the above link I am more suspicious seeing it says ad network. So,,, I decided to start looking for an alternative broker and wallet. After a google search for the best ether brokers I selected this one and see what happened:

Any help here would be greatly appreciated. BTW coinbase is being pursued by the IRS to divulge its users information so the need for a DL is more suspicious.
