We knew from the moment, "Gas the Jews!" was being shouted in front of the Sydney Opera House before Israel even retaliated on October 7th, that the Pro-Palestine side was populated by hoards of racist monsters all around the world.
The fact that synagogues are needing to be evacuated due to violence and intimidation globally is case and point that this isn't about land for large swaths of the people waving Palestinian flags, or, sometimes, wearing Hamas headbands -- it's about killing Jews.
Really, we knew before that.
A few years ago, during the last flare up, my Jewish friend who lives in the Diamond District of New York witnessed first hand the aggressive hate toward Jews expressed in a predominantly Jewish area.
Anybody who knows history knows that these demonstrators are doing something that the Nazis, and neo-Nazi groups are known for. They seldom held marches in solidarity. They made it a habit to provoke whatever they could by loudly demonstrating in town that were predominantly opposed.
With neo-Nazis, well, there's a reason why the Skokie case happened. Ya know... the landmark case on free speech that drives lefties in These United States nuts when they try to push for hate speech laws?
People aren't being serious enough about this.
The real Nazis -- the actual Nazis -- displayed the same behaviour that we're seeing today. Also, as we all know, the Nazis were not content to just get the Jews out of their own country -- they expanded their death cult as far as they could.
It's not like the 1930s and 40s were decades of global tolerance toward the Jews, and the Germans were just psychotic outliers; still, Time made Hitler "Man of the Year" because of how horrifying he was, not because Time liked him.
What we're seeing now, what we don't see in history, is an attack from every angle possible to show the Jews that they're not welcome anywhere.
With the Nazis, the Jews were in a "kill as we go" status as the Nazis expanded.
With this global effort now, what's being said from every angle is, "The Jews aren't welcome in their indigenous land, and, when they are expelled, they better not come here either."
We have an axis of evil which has usurped many of our would-be allies.
Stop pretending that there isn't a massive connection between the Nazis and the people who are calling for the destruction of Israel. Most of them (some of you) are the same people.
Those of us on the right side should be stocking up on ammo.
